Ladies and Gentlemen, with the release of WWE '13, we shall post updates on new items appearing on WWE '13.
- WWE Universe Mode 3.0 - The updated version of WWE '13 will be more similar to WWE GM Mode from 2007 with the ability to be able to set schedules, title matches, rivalries and switch titles between shows.
- Special Guest Ref - For this first time since SD vs Raw 2009, Special Guest Referee mode shall return to WWE '13 to be apart of Story Mode and any and all normal gameplay.
- Story Mode- Story mode shall replace Road to WrestleMania in this edition after severe distaste from the previous installment. Reports say Story Mode shall be identical to RTWM will more features and more choices,
- Backstage Brawls- Backstage Brawls have been severly lessoned from 30-45 backstage brawls to very few in Story Mode.
- OMG Momments - Oh my God Momments replace Signiture Moves they're described as "Game changers" either turning the tide of a match to "destroying" a match, as one can force the ring to collapse similar to the Mark Henry/Big show Match at Vengence.
- Counter Finsher - If one has a finisher, one can counter a finsiher with their own, a clip released on YouTube showed Randy Orton countering the Killswtich into the RKO. It is unknown if this is applied to everyone.
- Mid-Air Finishers - Coming off the last section, a clip was shown of Randy Orton countering the Air Bourne into the RKO.
- Setting Cheer Boo levels - A new, and unconfirmed feature, where players will be able to set cheer and boo levels for various superstars, this is viewable with the Chris Jericho[Modern Day] and Mark Henry[Additude Era] entrances where the crowd is split in half between cheering and booing, it is still unknown if this is a permanent feature.
- Improved Pin Attempts - In a video on YouTube, showign CM Punk attempting a Shinning Wizard on Chris Jericho, wrestlers no longer fall to the ground flat, instead they counter into another win attempt.
- Chris Benoit - That's right for the first time since Smackdown vs Raw 2007 Chris Benoit will be a playabe character.
