Debut and alliance with The Great Khali[]
Jinder would debut in WWE in May 2011 as a heel on Smackdown and would start an alliance with The Great Khali, in his debut match he would defeat Yoshi Tatsu. After months of pushing Khali around, Jinder would be attacked by Khali, Jinder would have a match against Khali, which Mahal would lose.
Singles Competition[]
Mahal would then go into singles competition which Mahal would go onto a losing streak. Mahal would continue his losing streak far into mid 2012, including losses to Sheamus, Christian Cage and Kurt Angle.
