WWE announced in January 2012 they had signed Davy to a 2 year deal and would debut on ECW Revival. Davy would debut in a backstage segment claiming he could beat anyone on the roster. He started dominating Micheal Tarver in a squash match. Davy would turn heel siding with Dolph Ziggler. He would fail in winning a Breakthrough Battle Royal to earn a title shot at any title the winner he desired, being eliminated third by Alex Riley.
